COMMISSION FREE booking on this site.

Booking can commence on any day except in July and August when it is from Saturday to Saturday. Outside main holiday seasons special rates for short breaks are available. A deposit is payable on booking and balance in full to be paid one month before the holiday where booked in advance.

Arrival after 4pm, departure by 10.am.(6.pm. on Sundays) – unless other arrangements are made with the owner.

A deposit of £50 per apartment per week (or part week) is payable on reservation and retained until inspection after departure to be used to cover any damage or special cleaning if required. The full amount is payable one month before the holiday. This is not repayable on subsequent cancellation unless it is possible to relet. Guests are advised to take out holiday insurance which includes cover for unexpected cancellation.

Prices quoted do not include linen hire which will be confirmed on enquiry.
